Montessori Child Care
Little Pioneers Montessori is a home-based preschool for children ages 16 months to 6 years at 5329 89th Ave NE, Marysville, WA 98270. Each day follows a Montessori rhythm, with time for focused work, outdoor play, meals, and rest. Families in Marysville, and families coming from Lake Stevens and Arlington, come here for preschool and child care.
What children learn
The classroom is a prepared Montessori environment. Children practice everyday skills such as preparing fruit, arranging flowers, and embroidery, and work with sensorial, language, and early math materials. The goal is independence, concentration, and getting along with others.
A full day
Children can arrive at 7:30 AM. The morning includes circle time, a parent-provided snack, time outside, and Montessori work. Half-day children leave at 1:00 PM, after lunch.
