LittlePioneer LLC, doing business as Little Pioneers Montessori Preschool, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through our website, tour request forms, testimonial forms, and related communications.

Information We Collect

When you schedule a tour, we collect your name, email address, phone number, child age, tour date and time, optional message, how you heard about us, and your consent to receive follow-up messages and reminders by email and by text message.

When you submit a testimonial, we may collect your display name, email address, testimonial text, and any photo you choose to upload.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, schedule and confirm tours, send follow-up messages and reminders to the email address and phone number you provide, manage availability, review testimonials, and operate and improve the website. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP.

We may publish testimonial content and uploaded photos only after review and approval. We do not sell your personal information.

Website Tools and Links

Our website may use basic analytics, spam-prevention tools such as reCAPTCHA, maps, email services, and links to third-party social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and WhatsApp. Those services may process information under their own privacy policies when you interact with them.

Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information submitted through the website. No internet or email transmission is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through website forms unless requested by us through an appropriate channel.

Children's Information

Our website is intended for parents, guardians, and adults seeking school information. We ask adults to submit only the information needed for enrollment inquiries, tours, or school communications.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, or to ask that a testimonial or photo be removed from the website.

Cookies, IP address, and location

Google Analytics cookies are stored only after you accept. If you accept cookies, we store one cookie named lp_location on your browser for 180 days. That cookie contains the city, state or region, and country estimated from your IP address. It does not contain your street address or GPS location. We also store a cookie named lp_cookie_consent so we can remember whether you accepted or declined.

When you accept, our server records your IP address, that approximate location, the page path you visited, and the time. We use an IP-location service to estimate the city. Each day at 7:00 PM Pacific Time we email a summary of those visits to the school, then delete the visit records. We use the summary to understand which areas families visit from. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If you decline, we do not set the location cookie and we do not record that visit. You can change your choice later with the Cookie choices button on the site. You can also ask us to delete a visit record.

California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we collected about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can opt out of the location cookie by choosing Decline. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act.
